IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ

The Heart of Missouri Humane Society's Spay/Neuter Financial Assistance Program is for those in need of financial assistance and who otherwise would not be able to have their pets spayed or neutered.
●
 A coupon is for $25.00 and there is a limit of three (3) coupons per household per year.
●
 The online form below must be filled out completely before it is submitted.
●
 Applications will be reviewed at the end of each month.
●
 If you qualify for a $25.00 spay/neuter financial assistance coupon, it will be mailed or emailed to you within ten (10) days of the approval of your application.
●
 You must have a coupon before your veterinarian performs your spay/neuter procedure.
