The Heart of Missouri Humane Society's Spay/Neuter
Financial Assistance Program is for those in need of financial assistance
and who otherwise would not be able to have their pets spayed or neutered.
The coupon is
for $25.00 and there is a limit of three (3)
coupons per household per year.
The form
below must be filled out completely before it is submitted.
All
applications will be reviewed at the end of each month.
If you
qualify for a $25.00 spay/neuter financial assistance coupon, it will be
mailed or emailed to you within ten (10) days of the approval of your
application.
You must have a coupon before your veterinarian
performs your spay/neuter procedure.
